Capacity Development Advisor
Mia is based in Dakar and provides field-based advocacy and advisory support services. She also captures, develops and disseminates knowledge relating to procurement capacity development, and addresses related implementation capacity development functions. Mia is the PCDC focal point for West and Central Africa.
