Rasmus is based in Johannesburg and provides field-based advocacy and advisory support services. He also captures, develops and disseminates knowledge relating to procurement capacity development, and addresses related implementation capacity development functions. Rasmus is the PCDC focal point for Eastern and Southern Africa.
