Education and Training
Traditionally procurement has been seen as a low level clerical function. Even in the developed world (including the private sector) it is only within the last two decades that procurement has been emerging as a profession. To address the need for greater professionalism many countries and organisations have been investing in public procurement education, training and education.

UNDP Procurement Training
