 needed identifies some drivers of Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP) namely;</span></span></p>

<p>Les Achats Publics Durables (SPP) tentent de concilier les préoccupations économiques, sociales et environnementales d'une manière durable. Selon le PNUE(1):<br>
<br>
&quot;Les Achats Publics Durables vise à atteindre un équilibre approprié entre les trois piliers du développement durable: économique, social et environnemental.
<br>
<br>
- Les facteurs économiques comprennent le coût du produit et les services au cours de leur cycle de vie, tels que: l'acquisition, l'entretien, coûts d'exploitation et de gestion de fin de vie (y compris l'élimination des déchets) en ligne avec une bonne gestion
 financière;<br>
- Les facteurs sociaux comprennent la justice sociale et l'équité, la sécurité et de la sécurité, les droits de l'homme et les conditions d'emploi;<br>
- Les facteurs environnementaux comprennent les émissions dans l'air, la terre et l'eau, le changement climatique, la biodiversité, l'utilisation des ressources naturelles et la rareté de l'eau au cours du cycle de vie du produit &quot;.<br>

Des articles récents sur ce site en provenance des Philippines(2) et l'Irlande(3)&nbsp; ont démontré l'accent sur «acheter vert» - un sujet qui est de plus en plus visible. En outre, des efforts sont en cours comme en Écosse(4) afin de mieux comprendre les impacts
 sociaux et communautaires de passation des marchés publics.<br>

Comme les marchés publics peuvent représenter autant que 15-25% du PIB(5), les gouvernements à travers le monde dispose d'un levier important pour la promotion des objectifs sociaux, économiques ou environnementaux:<br>

&quot;L'ampleur du marché des marchés publics peut encourager le développement de nouveaux produits innovants en générant une demande soutenue pour assurer qu'un nombre suffisant d'achats publics de couvrir les coûts de l'innovation nécessaire. Stimuler la demande
 par le biais imposant l'application des nouvelles normes écologiques dans les achats publics et agrégation de la demande (et d'appel d'offres) à travers une centrale d'achat, par exemple, offre des possibilités qui seraient autrement absents si on les laisse
 à de plus petits, les autorités responsables des marchés discrets, voire exclusivement, à la croissance de la demande par le secteur privé (BAD). &quot;(6)<br>

The study is undertaken in the framework of <em>the Capacity Building for Sustainable Public Procurement project[/i">. <br />UNEP has partnered with our consulting company (FACTEA Durable and Ms. Christelle Monteillet) to select and develop 8 case studies that will showcase the impact of SPP on various sustainable development indicators.<br /><br />In this context, we are looking for specific public procurement contracts of sustainable goods and services, such as: energy-efficiency computers, organic food in canteens, office equipment made of environmentally sustainable timber, construction of energy performant buildings and supply of electricity from renewable sources, (...).<br /><br />We are calling on government entities and interested organizations and experts to contribute to the study by sharing information and data on specific sustainable public procurement contracts/activities.<br /><br />If you are interested to contribute to the study, please let us know.
