West Africa Increases Good Governance in Public Procurement Sector

Senegal - A regional workshop was recently held on International Public Procurement and Negotiation of Acquisition Contracts for Goods and Services in West Africa. The primary objective of this regional training event, initiated by the IDLO, was to improve the legal knowledge of civil servants and management in Burkina Faso, Cap Verde, Ivory Coast, Mali, Senegal and Togo, in the areas of international procurement in public markets and contract acquisition for goods and services.
