Foreign Bribery - Initiative to Raise Global Awareness

The OECD is developing an initiative to highlight the importance of combating foreign bribery, and to show its devastating impact. Based on partnerships with international organisations, NGOs, private-sector organisations and other key stakeholders in the international fight against foreign bribery, this international effort will complement country-level efforts to raise awareness. The goal of the OECD Initiative is to:
- raise awareness of foreign bribery as a crime
- illustrate the negative impact of foreign bribery
- increase interest in anti-bribery measures for every country
