The Asia Link consortium led by the University of Nottingham has  launched a Procurement Law Academic Network, a permanent Internet-based interdisciplinary global network to link academics working in the field of public procurement. The Network is targeted at academics with an interest in all relevant disciplines, e.g. law, economics, business management, public policy and political science. The network membership is free, enabling members to :

(1) establish contact with other academics working in the field of public procurement
(2) publish research papers, conference news etc. to the global community
(3) inform themselves about others research and events within the field of public procurement.

The Network has been funded through the European Commission's Asia Link Programme. For further information on the website and member registration, please go to: http://www.planpublicprocurement.org
