"Capacity Is Development" Video

Panama - The UNDP Regional Capacity Development Team for Latin America and the Caribbean have recently created a short video, which explores the concept of capacity development and the role it plays in achieving the Millennium Development Goals by 2015. The video also explains how the UNDP Regional Centre can support UNDP's country offices and national counterparts in the region in strengthening national capacities. This video, although regional, is relevant for many other regions of the world.
