Victoria, B.C, 31 October - 4 November, 2009 - The Canadian Public Procurement Council (CPPC) will host its eleventh annual conference "Forum 2009 - Public Procurement's Role during Economic and Climate Change" and Products Expo, and its Annual General Meeting in Victoria, B.C. These three major events represent excellent opportunities to share and update knowledge in public procurement and to improve professional networking.

The participants are Managers, Directors, Purchasing Officers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, Executive Directors involved in public procurement in Canada at the federal, provincial, territorial, municipal level and in the education, health care and social services sectors and Crown corporations. In addition, product and service providers interested in doing business with public procurement decision-makers and managers take part in this annual event.
